Cory) Referring to your latter March 25 regarding proposed construction of pipe line In Block k of Mayfair fraot #2, particularly the last paragraph regarding easement over Lot Si together with VIoe President Sweeney of the title Insurance Company, X checked over the recorded map whloh clearly shows & 5* easement along the west side of Lot 8. Our copy of the map also shows the 5* easement, although more f&lntly. Inspection of the policy of title Insurance Issued to Frank Vojtkowlak (a single man) covering Lot 8 of H o o k k shows that It hears epeelflc reference to: (1) Easement granted Public Utilities (2) Conditions and reservations of record from which it would appear that we are thus doubly protected. In addition, I hav« talked to the owner who la very cooperative and advisee he has no objection to our installing the pipe line over hie lot and stated that the sewer line is already located in the easement. Also confsrred with Mr. Gory who will write you further after oheoklng some of the deeds covering lots in Mayfair Block #A. A. M. Folger
