Lae Vegas - April 16, X9&8 K 2-103 Mr, Frank Strongs Tour memo April 13 regarding condition of premises leased to Pioneer Construction Ookpany (Ira Goldring) on West Bonanza Road: The site is littered with scrap lumber and forms, the remains of an old shed, smokestack, water heater and several hundred concrete blocks. The site appears to have been abandoned and 1 recommend we serve termination notice on Goldring, requesting him to olean up the premises in accordance with terms of lease. A. M. Folger
