a 2-59 Lae Vegas * June 2 k $ 19^8 Mr. Frank Strong! Referring to your S-55 regarding proposed lease of 95 ft* frontage at South Main and Clark to Las Vegas Distributing Company! 2 hare repeatedly telephoned, written and personally called at the office of the Distributing Company in an effort to have them decide whether or not they wish us to proceed with our recommendation for the lease, but have not been able to elicit a definite response. On calling at their office today, X learn that Maaek, Sr. is in the hospital and his son Is on vaoaticsi. The minor partners in the fins, Greenetein and Cosulas, state that their present looation, off-rails, is very unsatisfactory, and they want the lease on cur property. But because of Masek's illness, the present building etrlke in Las Vegas and other reasons, they are unable to complete their plans and specification* at present, and ask for additional time until after July **th to give us a concrete answer. 2 suggest we drop the matter, and in the event they do not submit definite plane and s p e d float! one by July 6th, dispose of the eite to some other shipper.
