Folger Speolal Representative, C.P.R.R. **01 South 2nd Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Folgeri As per our oonversation of July 2, 1$M*8 relative to leasing railway property on the West and North side of your trackage on Charleston, 1 would appreciate hearing from you as to whether or not your property would be available for lease and for the purpose of our requirements* the Charleston underpass will be soon let by the Highway Department, We are desirous of bidding on this work and would like acreage in this vicinity for this work and for a permanent set up* If we could establish a lease from you for a ten year period to be again renewed we would plan to build necessary buildings and warehouse and desire a spur and trackage to handle steel, pipe, osaent and aggregates, and construction equipment* X would also like to know the status of the property on the East side of the track on the South side of Charleston. I refer to the strip baok of the Opaeo Lumber Co. and baok of the Superior Construction Co.
