I agree.C O T GIBBONS & REED SO. Contractors September 3» 19**8 Mr. A. M, Folger Union Pacific Railroad So. *K)1 So. Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada Bear Sirs We are in receipt of your letter of Sept. 1 regarding the lease we have with the Union Pacific Bailroad Co. south of Bonanza Road in Las Vegas. We had hoped we would have everything moved off of this property by the time the lease terminates on Sept. 30# 1 9 w . We have disposed of the buildings and if they haven*t been moved, the buyer should have them moved by that date. We do have a few pieces of equipment left which I don't think we will be able to move by that time. However, it is only taking up a small area on the east line of the lease and doesn't interfere with access to the track. Should you be able to find a lessor who would want the property, we would certainly be glad to release it, but we would like a little additional time to get the equipment moved that is still there. Hoping you will be able to work out something along this line, we remain, Fours very truly, GIBBONS & REED CO. /s/ P. Gibbons /t/ J. P. Gibbons COPY
