Referring to ray letter August 30 th with which I transmitted deed to the Xerrao Fire Department covering site for construction of fire engine house at Xermos fhe deed was returned to us with the request that the narae of the grantee be changed to County of San Bernardino so that the deed could be recorded. We have therefore executed a new deed as requested and are enclosing same herewith for delivery.
