I agree.Las Vegas - Deo saber 22, 1<M*8 W 23 - X Mr. Weu Reinhardt: Xour letter October 30th, file 1-7334, regarding proposed relocation of water main in the vicinity of Eighth and Brldger in connection with new school building: Contract has now been awarded for conetruetlon of the new school, and we are requested to proceed with arrangements for relocating the water main, as you will note from copy of architect's letter December 21st, attached. Will you kindly request necessary authority. In this connection, I submit the following description to be incorporated in the easement we will require from the School Board: A 10 ft. easement, five feet on each side of following described center line: Beginning at a point in Eighth Street 115 feet south of the south curb line of Brldger Avenue, thenoe at right angles westerly a distance of 155 feet to the existing asphalt drive; thenoe at right angles northerly a distance of 115 feet to the south ourb line of Brldger Avenue. Will you kindly ask Mr. Adams to check this against the print sent you with «y letter October 26th, and if satisfactory X will arrange with Mr. Cory to draw easement and agreement covering assumption of coats to relocate water main.
