White: I oe - Mr. Charles Adams) This will acknowledge receipt of your letter December 23, file 646-1, regarding the rendition of Bills Collectible covering lease rentals in the Las Vegas territory. In telephone conversation with Mr. Adame offiee, arrangements have been made for him to render the bills, commencing with January. Under this new arrangement, will yon kindly advise Cl) Whether remittance from lessees will be made to the Las Vegas office or direct to Assistant Treasurer at Omaha. (2) Whether we should continue to show accruals for rent on our monthly report, Form 26. A. K. Folger
