With regard to formal approval from Public Service Commission this was also sent Mr. Buffer for signature and will be returned in due course. However this is merely a matter of form as we were requested by the Commission to take over operation and letter from Secretary Scott December 20 copy of which I sent you December 27 indicates the C.P.C. will be transferred immediately upon receipt of formal application. In accordance with our phone conversation today I am sending to Mr. Keeble herewith a requisition showing the pipe and fittings required for the job based on an 8 Inch line south of Charleston. The requisition shows w.P.B priority AA3-0tti-$er. # 085481. We have specified Class 100 on the 12 inch and Class 150 on the 8 inch and 6 inch because Provo has advised us that under the present labor situation it is difficult to manufacture Class 100 in the smaller sizes and I wish to expedite the job all possible. In plaoing the order will Mr. keeble kindly advise prospects for delivery and advise the Pipe Com any that we will release the order in carload lots. Please be sure to specify that the pipe be loaded on flat cars for convenience in unloading at Las Vegas. In accordance with the last sentence of your S-1Q we will have Mr. McNamee prepare labor contract which will be sent you for approval so the work can proceed without delay. ’A'ALtSR R.
