Bates of the 50 southerly feet of his lease to Roach Distributing Company. Mr Mr. Strong advises: •Consent to sublease should hold the Lessee, Mr. Bates, responsible for carrying out in full all terms and conditions of Lease Audit Mo. 54133 as amended and extended. I presume you will arrange with Mr. McNamee to draw the necessary document, and upon receipt of same will forward to Mr. Paulsen with recommendation for execution.* Will you kindly send me necessary document.
