In order that there will be no possibility of a misunderstanding, will you kindly draw up a simple letter of committment for execution by Biltmore Homes, Incorporated to confirm our verbal understanding that they will deposit the estimated cost of the extention ($3100.00) and the actual cost will be refunded to them on the basis of 50> revenues over a period of ten years, as provided for in Rule 9-A. It is understood, of course, that the subdividers will ^ y for the coat of the mains only} the users will bear expense of service line.
