E, Bennett: Referring to Mr. Adame* letter March 19 transmitting easement covering pipe lines in Boulder Addition and Parte Place, particularly hia reference to rlght-away across Lot 6 Block 1 Boulder Addition. II. J. Gll&reath recently constructed a paint shop over the pipe line in this Block and it la impractical to operate the water system through the present connection, we propose to abandon this portion of the line and feed the water In froa Block ?
