Mr. Partle is City Electrician and owns the adjacent property on the south side of Oak street. You will recall that we sold the 3.7098 acres immediately North of this plot to the school hoard in 1942 at a price of f300.00 per acre. For your ready reference I enclose a trace showing the location of the plot with reference to the school acres on the Elks Heldorado. If you feel that we should dispose of this remaining git^ what price should be quoted to Ur. Par-tie? In this connection it is ray understanding that Oak Street will he eventually cut into its* West side extending on Bonanza Road and if this is true it will cut right across the plot in question.
