A. Huffey. As you sill note, Ur. Goldring proposes to construct a Planing Mill for the purpose of finishing raw lumber which he proposes to secure In oarload lots from the lorthsest, and he advises that this traffic will amount to 5 or 6 oarloads a month.. I advised Mr. Goldring we did not oare to sell any more soreage In that vicinity. I have In mind that when Huffey completes his development our land adjoining will he greatly enhanced in value and unquestionably we sill need that land for future Industrial development.
