Las Vegas - March 13, 1945 Mr. Frank strong: I enclose herewith requisition for a pipe Jack to be used in pushing jgfaall diameter pipe underneath street to avoid necessity of digging them up. Will you kindly pass to Mr. Keeble so he can place the order with Parley and Co. In Installing the new mains down on South Main Street we came across 3 small service lines extending across the street that were badly rotted out that will require renewal. No doubt there will be quite a lot of similar cases where mains are laid in the streets of new subdivisions, and this Jack will pay for itself in a short time.
