I agree.Las Vegas «? February 3, 1944 I 9~1 Mr. E. M. Suttont Your memo January 38, File BB 9-1, conoarn-ing allocation of a portion of blanket insurance premiums to Company cottages. In as much as the contract provides that the lessee will have Included in his contract the costs of taxes, Insurance, and other assessments, it seems only fair that a portion of the blanket insurance premium should be allocated to each of the •Leases with Privileges of Purchase*. It is »y understanding that prior to -’inception., of the blanket policy these premiums were #3.34 on four room cottages based on the valuation of |©90$ and $3,79 on five room cottages with a valuation of 11330. If your file confirms this, X suggest we comply the same premiums to present contracts. WALTER R.BRACKEH
