Lae Vegas - March 8 , 1944 W 25-1 Mr. R. U. Sutton: Referring to your letter February 24, file BD-5-?, transmitting copy of Travelling Accountants cheek of Las Vegas Lane, and Water Company accounts: Regarding proposed use of fly-sheet to be attached to Form 2 ^Record of Service and Detail of Charges for Water*: We thoroughly discussed this with the Travelling Accountants, our thought being that due to the numerous changes in number of cabins, particularly In H.F.U.&M. and Valley View Additions, this system would probably result in our service cards becoming quite rugged and bulky over a period of time, but In the absence of a better suggestion on our part, we have placed this sytem In effect to see how It works oat. Regarding Item <H), monthly report will be made to you, copy to Mr. Hall, of any additions to or changes in basic rates. Item (3) concerning posting of payroll«, etc. will be handled as outlined. Item (4) has been corrected. X submitted Form 2X20 (MO-9, March 1st) to Mr. Jeffers, redhsslfying employes to conform to duties they perform, which he approved. i m m r i s m cc: Mr. 0. L. Hall
