Ashby and strong It was decided to aeoept their offer, and the matter of easements can he Ironed out later, if any easements are required after the years this pipe line has been in plane* Confirming our conversation today, please prepare a Bill of Sale for execution by the Grandvisw people describing the pipe line from its beginning at our mins on Stewart street, turns northerly through Block 9, Fslrvisw tract, and terminating at the easterly line of Tenth street; also extending northerly through Blocke 3, 2 and 1 of Grandview Addition and easterly on Oak street to it* terminus. Please omit from the description any reference to the lines within the Gunnery School Tract which have been condemned by the Government. 2 suggest you make the Bill of Sale effective as of hay 1, 1044, and assume that we will have the Bill of Sale executed by that time, and approved by the Public Service Commission.
