V> April 0, 1943 f ' ' ' R-2 Mr. Don Borax, Chief of Police, Las Vegas* Nevada. Dear Sir: We have an. application from Mr. L. L. Snyder to rent the 100 foot frontage on Clark Avenue between Republic Supply and the Underpass, where he proposes to establish a coal yard. The question arises in my mind whether this would create a traffic hazard by reason of delivery trucks turning at the underpass. Possibly, the lessee could arrange with the Republic Supply to use their driveway to avoid too sharp a turn. I will appreciate your looking this situation over at your convenience and saying whether such a situation would, in your opinion, create a traffic hazard. Yours very truly, r a m n r m c m r
