On receipt of Mr. Beeoan's Form 5083, April 20th transmitting the policy, we made deduction of #1.20 on last half of April payroll. Her application wae dated June 24, 1942 and In the interim we had eome correspondence concerning whether or not the coverage would he extended to her, In view of an eye condition. We transmitted a statement from Mrs. ferry under date of January 30, 1943 and the first knowledge she had that the policy had been Issued wag when it was received in April. Under the circumstances, I am rather hesitant to now ask her to pay the premiums for February and March.
