Has now agreed to assume coat under provisions of Rule 9-A, under which ve refund one-half the revenues over period of ten years not to exceed total cost. At present time these houses are without adequate fire protection. Sufficient 6* 0.1. pipe is on hand, and as Woody has made deposit request wire advance authority to proceed, Form |0 to follow promptly. Hr. Bennett sees no legal objection.
