On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt \ in executing Assignment WN"L.D. 1067-1, dated December 7, 1953, by which LVL&WCo., "Assignor", assigns to Norton Ware­house Co., "Assignee”, Agreement Audit No. 10278, dated February 28, 1944, (term indefinite) between LVL&WCo., First Party, and Southern Nevada Power Co., Second party, granting said Second Party license to construct, maintain and operate a power line, consisting of three circuits of 34,500 volts each, in vicinity of Washington Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing rider CLD No. 2287-2 (C.D. No. 23634-F), dated January 6, 1954, extending to May 1, 1959, term of lease agreement A-48147, dated December 3, 1938, expiring May 1, 1954, with LA&SLRRCo. and its Lessee, UPRRCo., Lessor, covering a portion of Lot 6, Tract No. 8626 (being southeast corner of Pico Blvd. and Soto St.), Los Angeles, Calif,; rental $446.23 per annum, payable monthly in advance; Lessee being granted option to purchase for the sum of $11,155.73 the leased premises during the term of said lease and the privilege of subleasing said premises; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 11514 (CD No. 23634-G), dated February 2, 1954, with Anheuser-Busch,Inc., -3-
