(d) To execute and deliver to Land Company ease­ment for water pipe line, with right of ingress and egress over, along and across the proposed highway and land quitclaimed to Statej (e) At its expense to obtain release of Parcels Nos. 1 and 2 from present Lessees, Willie T. Stewart, Earl Leavitt, William Udell Stewart and C. W. Wilcox, and to hold the Land Company harmless of all damage or expense incident thereto; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary in executing Quitclaim Deed "N^L.D. No.2820-2, (Audit No. 5367) dated August 2, 19$k$ whereby LVL&WCo. quit­claims to State of Nevada Department of Highways, all its right, title and interest in a portion of the SE-l/I). of Section 27> T. 20S., R. 61E., MDB&M, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, excepting and reserving: (1) All minerals and mineral rights without right of entry; (2) All water and water rights and right to drill for, produce and put to beneficial use all water produced from lands being conveyed, with­out right of entry; Said property is quitclaimed subject to: (1) General and Special Taxes for year 195>U» (2) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements., and encumbrances of record; (3) Flow of waters of Las Vegas Creek over and across said parcel; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
