V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Lease C.L.D. No. 11697* dated September 21, 195U* with Marion Machine, Foundry & Supply Company of California covering premises for manufacturing and distribution of plastic products and building hardware, warehousing and machine processing at Signal Hill, California; term commencing November 1, 195U* and expiring October 31, 1959; subject to termination by either party on 30 days’ written notice; rental $50.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; lessee to pay taxes and assessments upon land and improvements; lessee granted right to sublease all or any portion of leased premises to those parties directly connected with the distribution of plastic products and operation of machine processing; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
