    V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Lease C.L.D. No. 11697* dated September 21, 195U* with Marion Machine, Foundry & Supply Company of California cover­ing premises for manufacturing and distribution of plastic prod­ucts and building hardware, warehousing and machine processing at Signal Hill, California; term commencing November 1, 195U* and expiring October 31, 1959; subject to termination by either party on 30 days’ written notice; rental $50.00 per month, pay­able monthly in advance; lessee to pay taxes and assessments upon land and improvements; lessee granted right to sublease all or any portion of leased premises to those parties directly connected with the distribution of plastic products and operation of machine processing; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Letter Agreement G.L.D. No. 11727* dated September 2kt 1951|» between LVL&WCo. and Owen Roofing Company covering repairs and renewal of roofing on Shed #lj. located in rear of 2160 East Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $151j5.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo.
