V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 10219-1+# dated August 31# 1951+# extending to October 31# 1958# terra of lease agreement Audit No. 10^11, dated August 22, 192+9, expiring October 31# 1951+# covering automobile parking and storage site, located at Signal Hill, California, with Signal Pipe Line Corp.; rental f>190 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days* written notice; said lease having been assigned December 31# 191+9# by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Assignment Agreement "N,fL«D. No. 2837-1# dated Sept. 1, 1951+, wherein, for value received, LVL&WCo. sells, transfers and assigns to Irvine B. Ziegman all its right, title and interest in and to Agreement "N^L.D. 2837# dated August 3# 1951+# between LVL&WCo. and Las Vegas Valley Water District covering lease of portion of premises at 1+01 So 2nd Street (old rooming house, garage, work-shop and vacant area) at Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. No. 5185-13# dated September 1, 1951+, extending to and including October ll+, 1955# term of agreement Audit No. 10260, dated August 20, 191+3# expiring Oct. ll+, 1951+, with California Walnut Growers Association, covering 2
