On motion duly seconded, it was ^ RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5^93» dated September 17, 1956, conveying to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S. Wells, Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block 60, Alamitos Beach Townsite, in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, California, excepting therefrom the easterly 20 feet of said Lot 17 and also excepting therefrom any portion of the vacated 20-foot alley adjoining Lots 17 and 18 on the north; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1956-1957; 2. Covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
