m ip (2) After agreement as to Sale Price is obtained, the following data to be developed: (a) Total amount involved in outstanding Buie 9 contracts as of date of sale. (b) Total amount of refunds mad© as of date of sale under above contracts. (e) Total unrefunded portion of contracts as of date of sale. (3) Agreement to be made providing that Purchaser will assume all outstanding Sul© 9 contracts as of Date of Sale. All refunds to subdividers becoming due on oontraots after effective date of sale to be paid from funds made available by the Company to the Purchaser, and shall be paid out in accordance with the terras of each contract. Fall description of property covered by each contract to be furnished the purchaser. All disbursement of funds furnished by the Company to cover refunds to Subdividers shall be subject to annual audit, and only an agreed upon amount shall be deposited with the Purchaser annually to cover estimated annual refunds.
