Suggested changes in sub-paragraph (p), Section 5: An amount over and above the total of the costs referred to In sub-paragraphs (a) to (o) inclusive, equal to per annum upon the agreed value of the water production facilities plus the value of working cash and material and supplies on hand, the values of which as of January 1, 1950, are agreed to be $2,000.00 and $3,000.00 respectively.
