Reinhardt: (Los Angeles) R-214. Mr. Hulsizer points out after reviewing Mr. Wehe’s final report that the proposed new agreement between the Railroad and LVL&WCo. covering furnishing of water at Las Vegas, makes no provision for increasing the rental base for working eash and material and supplies on hand, as done by Mr. Wehe in developing data to be presented to the Commission, and shown in Table wFn of his report, and suggests this be rectified by revising sub-paragraph (p) in Section 5 of the agreement in somewhat the manner shown on sheet attached. If you and Mr. Bennett concur, please have revised pages prepared and sent me for insertion in the agreement, advising. S-379 (Signed) A. E. Stoddard LJB
