(2) BMI Facilities - Although this supply has a capacity of 31.2 MOD, the management can guarantee only 8.0 MOD for diversion to areas other than Henderson. The total available supply during the maximum month is, therefore, as follows: Consumption of Water from BMI Facilities - MGD Year Henderson Area Total 1950 5.6 13.6 1970 17.7 25.7 2000 31.2 31.2 "Used Water" for Irrigation - To the extent required, it is estimated that the following quantities of treated sewage can be used during the maximum month: 1950 14.6 MOD 1970 23.2 MOD 2000 26.2 HGD (4) Lake Head Supply - All deficiencies in supply must be met by a direct supply line from Lake Head.
