Experience Four years as an engineer with the East Bay Municipal Utility District (one of the largest water districts in the country) on all phases of construction, water suoply and treatment. Four years as a water utility engineer with the California Public Utilities Commission. Two years as cost engineer on large war time construction projects and with engineering firms. Two years as an officer in the United States Public Health Service as a specialist in water supply. Five years as manager ar.d engineer of the City of Santa Cruz water department serving 30,000 population. Two and a half years as manager and engineer of the Monterey Bay Water Company and consulting engineer. My consulting work has included preparation of engineering and financial reports in connection with proceedings before the Public Utilities Conmission, appraisals, management studies and design and construction of water systems. I am U3 years old, married and have two children.
