required for the operation and maintenance of any portion of the Water Facilities required to deliver water for and on behalf of the water District. (3) Any notice, demand or request, required or authorized by the foregoing agreement to be given or made upon General Services Administration shall be delivered, or mailed postage prepaid, to General Services Administration, General Services Administration Build-it lng. Eighteenth and F Streets NW, Washington, D. C., with a duplicate to or to the State of Nevada, care of the Secretary of the Colorado River Commission, Henderson, Nevada. THE STATE OF NEVADA and its Colorado River Commission do further COVENANT AND AGREE that during the term of this agreement said State and Commission will obtain for and sell to the Water District at the best available rates the electric energy required for the work of pumping and delivering water for and on behalf of the Water District pursuant to the foregoing agreement and the electric energy, if any, required in the event that the Water District shall be required to operate and maintain said Water Facilities as provided in Paragraph (1) above of this ”Approval, Consent and Agreement.”
