    % DELIVERY POINT AND METERING POINT 20, All water delivered for and on behalf of the Water District shall be discharged Into the water sys­tem of the- Water District at the delivery point or points - to be designated by the Water District. Said delivery point or points may be located either at or near the exist­ing properties of Manganese Ores, Inc«, or at or near the intersection of the existing forty inch (I4.0") water line with the Boulder City highway, or at both locations. All water delivered! for and on behalf of the Water District shall be measured by meter at the delivery point or points or such other point or points as are mutually agreed upon by BMI and the Water District. MEASUREMENT OF WATER AND METERS 21, All water delivered for said Water District shall be measured at the metering point or points by a meter or meters of standard types with automatic recording instru­ments showing daily water deliveries and shal£~be of such accuracy that errors of measurement shall not vary more than 2% from the true quantity (all such meters and automatic re­cording Instruments are herein collectively referred to as "meters”).
