    m Add a new section to Chapter 66, Nevada Compiled laws 1929 reading: "If any of the property sought to be condemned shall be owned by a public utility as defined in Section 6106 of Nevada Compiled laws, 1929, the eourt, upon application of any party to the pro* oeeding concerned with such property, must order referred to the Public Service Commission of Nevada the determination of the value of suoh property, and of the damages to such puhlio utility incident to the taking thereof* The Clark shall transmit to the Public Service Commission a certified oopy of suoh order of refer* enee and of the pleadings of the parties concerned with suoh Issue, The Public Service Commission is hereby authorised and directed to act as a referee in such matters, and in so doing shall have all the powers and duties provided in the public Service Commission Act (except that the provisions of Section 6133, Nevada Compiled law, 1929, shall not be applicable}, The Public Service Commission shall hear suoh testimony as may be offered by any of the parties concerned and shall thereupon ascertain and assess the compensation and damages to which such public utility Is entitled as provided in Section 9163, Nevada Compiled laws, 1929* The Commission shall transmit to the Clerk its report and decision assessing the compen­sation and damages, Suoh report shall have the effect of a special verdict."
