APR 23 1943 I attach copy of application to the War Labor Board for an increase in salary of three employees of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company based on recommendation of Mr. Bracken. I also attach copy of my memorandum to Mr. Rigdon of April 19th and Mr. Jeffers’ letter to Mr. Bracken of April 20th, which are self-explanatory. When the application is received by you from Mr. Bracken I shall appreciate if you will present it to the Labor Department at Los Angeles and endeavor to secure approval.
