Braoken) I hand you herewith our file in connection with application for approval of voluntary wage adjustment on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and would appreciate it if you would again take the matter up with the Tenth Regional War Labor Board in San Francisco. C& J Mr. Bracken phoned me today and told me that there is serious danger of some of the employes quitting and that it would be impossible to operate the Water Company if these various employes quit. You will note in my letter of June 2 to the Labor Board I furnished them additional information suggested in your memo of May 15. This matter is extremely important to the Water Com­pany and I hope you oan persuade the War Labor Board up there to recommend the requested increases.
