Rather than put the information you requested on the wire I am sending this by airmail in the hope that you will receive it in time. Mr. Bennett1s wire, quoting yours, refers to number of employees January 1, 1943 and whether they received a 15 percent increase since that time. No increases have been granted since the first of this year as I understand such was prohibited by Law; on the chance that you may have meant "January 1, 1941" as referred to in Mr. Bockesr telegram on this subject April 15th.
