(COPT) REGULATIONS ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COM- ) MISSION OP NEVADA TO GOVERN THE CONSTRUCTION ) AND FILING OF RULES, REGULATIONS AND SCHEDULES) OF RATES BY ALL SLICGRIC, GAS, WATER, SEWER, ) TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANIES OPERATING ) INTRASTATE WITHIN NEVADA. } APPROVED Apr119, 1936 EFFECTIVE April 9. 1936 1. All rules, regulations and schedules of rates filed on and after approval hereof must confirm to these regulations, except that in the opinion of the Commission certain forms of schedules of rates will better serve the needs of the public and the Commission. 2. All rules, regulations and schedules of rates must be of loose leaf form of size 8 by 11| Inches. They must be plainly typewritte, printed, mimeographed, planographed, stereotyped, or reproduced by some other durable process on paper of good quality. No alteration in writing or erasure shall be made in any rule, regulation or schedule of rates. A margin of not less than five-eighths of an inch without any printing thereon must be allowed at the left hand or binding edge of each sheet. 3. All rules, regulations and schedules of rates must be filed and posted at least thirty days prior to the effective date thereof, unless authorized by the Commission. Three copies of all rules, regulations and schedules of rates must be filed with the Commission. 4. Each sheet shall be numbered in the upper right hand corner beginning with "Original Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 1." When a new sheet is filed cancelling original sheet No. 1 it shall read as follows: "First revised sheet P.S.C.N. No. 1 cancels original sheet P.S.C.N. No. 1", Second revised sheet P.S.C.N. No. 1 canoels first revised sheet P.S.C.N. No. 1," etc. In the upper left hand corner shall appear the name of the operating company. In the lower right hand corner shall appear the notation "Issued by (name of person issuing sheet and title)". "Effective (date effective)". 5. Each utility must post and file at each of its offioes at which an agent is employed all of its rules, regulations and schedules of rates applying at such office or distriot and must also post and file at its principal place of business all of its rules, regulations and schedules of rates. All rules, regulations and schedules must be kept available for public inspection or examination at all reasonable times.
