Apparently the manner in which matter of proposed increase in water rates has been handled with the Hevada Commission has so far produced satisfactory results. Would understand from the news item released by the Commission on August 30th that there will be no oral hearing, but written protests can be filed with the Commission at Carson City prior to September 5th, 1934.
