I agree.Las Vegas,' Nevada, March 25, 1942. fc. ^ Mr. W. R. Bracken: This is in response to your letter of March 23, 1942, your file W 1-1-2, relative to rights of Las Vegas Land and Water Company to construct an eight inoh pipe line to Las Vegas Ranch over the land recently sold to Clark, Cablan and Grant. By paragraph 8 of the reservations and restrictions, there is reserved to the land and Water Company, among other things, an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line across said land extending from said last mentioned pipe line (the pipe line running parallel to Main Street) easterly toward- the southwest corner of said Stewart Burial Plot eto. This is a floating easement, and^ayebe constructed any where on the land in question, although for our own convenience, I would suggest that streets be followed where they are laid out rather than cutting across lots which might be sold to other persons. from present owners, all of whom took their title subject to this reservation of easement. It is not necessary to secure easements LEO A. McNAMEE
