Bracken: cc Mr E E Bennett Referring to your letter May 17, to which is attached form of contract with McNeil Housing Company for installation of water lines in new Subdivision under Rule 9-A. I note under paragraph 2 of Article HI, in definition of actual cost you have not mentioned adding 10# for supervision and overhead, although such a charge appears in the agreements with W. W. Cantrell (your letter May 7, 1946) and P. A. Gibson (your letter same date)• We certainly are entitled to include the 10# item for supervision and overhead, and I am requesting MT.
