X understand similar rules are In effect with other public utilities and municipal water companies and X would appreciate very much if you would go to the water company serving the City of Long Beach and secure and send me a copy of a comparable rule, if any, or send me a set of their rules and X ©an check thorn over myself. My thought is to prepare exhibits showing that the same or similar rules are in effect with all water companies in the west in order to justify the existence of such a rule before the Nevada Public Service Commission.
