Sept. 16, 1949 H i e I 80-6 Public Service Commission of Nevada Carson City, Nevada. Att; Mr. Lee S. Scott, Secretary Sear Mr. Scott; Mr. Polger has sent m e copy of your letter of August 23, 1949 and. letter dated August 4,1949 from Las Vegas Motel Association, Inc. relative to changing the water rates for motels to the rates that are furnished hotels. * Mr. Reinhardt, Vice President of the Water Company, is now in the Mast and I would appreelate it if any notion on this matter were delayed pending his return. As you know, X have written Mr. Allard reoently, suggesting that Mr. Helnhardt and 1 meet him in Las Vegas together with such members of the Commission's staff as he may desire to have present and go over various and sundry matters in connection with the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Mr. Allard advised me over the telephone that he would meet us in Las Vegas on October 11th. It might be well to put this particular subject on the agenda for discussion at that time if that is agreeable to Mr. Allard and to the Commission. Very truly yours E. E. Bennett hoc; Mr. Helnhardt Mr. Polger
