Bennett - Los Angeles Referring to your letter of September 15, 1952, and previous correspondence concerning proposed new rate for Transit-Mix Concrete Plants* I am attaching herewith, copy of letter dated November 28, 1952 from Public Service Commission, State of Nevada, advising of it's conclusion that the rate heretofore paid by Young & Smith Ready Mix Concrete Company was unreasonable and unjust in that it exceeded the rates set forth in Rate No. 55a as indicated on the First Revised Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 8, effective December 1, 1952 and authorizing refund to Young & Smith Ready Mix Concrete Company of such excess payment for the period September 1, 1951 to and including December 1, 1952. PI
