    by said parties respectively, stating there were present or represented 500 or the total number of Issued and out­standing shares of capital stook of this corporation* Chairman thereupon declared that the entire authorised and outstanding shares of o&pital stook of the oor- oration was present and represented at the meeting* the following proceedings were then had and business transacted} Minutes of annual stockholders* meeting held on November 8, 1936, were read and approved. Chairman then announced that the next order of business would be the election of six directors of the cor­poration, to act for the ensuing year* Thereupon, the following persons were nominated to serve as such directors} E. E* Calvin Walter R* Bra cken RA.* IS**. BAedlaamtseodn F. H, Knickerbocker C. C. Barry which nomination was duly seconded* There being no further nominations, a ballot was taken and the Inspector having computed the votes oast, reported that 500 shares of atook, being all tho stock preeent in parson or represented by proxy, had been oast for each of the above-named person# for director* thereupon, the Chairman deolared that WE*a ltEe, r Ciatl* vBirna cken RA.. Barry had been duly and regularly elected to serve this corporation as directors for the ensuing year* the Chairman directed the Secretary to present for inspection by the stockholders, the reoorde and proceedings of the Board of Directors of the Company since date of Its last meeting, which was done. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the following resolution was adopted}
