5 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Samson Tire It Rubber Company, covering sale to the latter of certain land (35.52), thirty-five and fifty-two one-hundredths acres, in Union Pacific Industrial Tract No. 4, Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, particularly described as follows: That portion of Lot 1 in Tract No. 7777, as shown on map recorded in Book 115, pages 13 and 14 of Maps, records of said County, described as follows: Commencing at the meet westerly corner of said lot 1; thence along the southwesterly line of said lot 8. 19° 53» 35** £* 32.84 feet to the point of beginning of a curve concave northeasterly, tangent to said last mentioned course and having a radius of 333.0 feet} thence southeasterly along said curve 141.67 feet; thence tangent to said curve S. 43° 16» 10* I. 1271.01 feet to the true point of beginning; thence K. 46° 43* 50" I. 853.40.feet: thence S. 43° 16» 10* g. 1800,00 feet; thence 8. 46 43* 50" W. 877.74 feet to the southwesterly line of said lot; thence along said southwesterly line N. 38° 16* 10" W, 221.87 feet; thence I, 43 16* 10* f, 1578.97 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning; total consideration 1124,320, of which 80$, or £24,864, is to be paid in cash upon the date of delivery of agreement duly executed, and the balance, or 199,458, to be paid in four equal annual installments of 524,864 each, the first of which shall be paid one year from and after date of delivery of agreement, and subsequent installments to be paid on same date each succeeding year thereafter until purchase price is fully paid; 6% interest on deferred payments to be paid by the Samson Tire & Rubber Company, together with all taxes and certain specified assessments, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
