certain portion of Land and Water Company property, particularly described ae followed Lot 56 of Union Pacific Tract in the City of Loe Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 88, Page 100 of Maps, records of the County of Los Angeles, as contained in the office of the County Recorder of said County, total consideration being !"7,G8Q (which is calculated at the rate of forty cents (40#) per square foot upon total area thereof, to wit, 17,700 square feet), to be paid in full upon delivery of grant deed and guarantee of title; purchaser also being granted option for period of one year from date of delivery of deed covering Lot 56, to purchase adjoining Lot 57 at the same price, viz. $7,080, plus 8$ interest, tares and assessments; both Lots 56 and 57 having originally been sold to Harry Katz (U. i* Furniture Distributors) under agreement dated November 30, 1928, for cash consideration of $12,390, assignment of said agreement by Mr. Katz to Louis Siegel having been consented to by President Gray and latter also assenting that deed name Louis Siegel as grantee, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved sad confirmed.
