On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was* by unanimous vote, RESOLVED: That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated March 30tfe» 1329, between Los Angeles 4 Salt Lake nailroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company granting to the latter, under certain tense and conditions, the right to use Railroad Commny's water pipe lines and other facilities from Las Vegas Springe, artesian well and other sources in the proximity thereto, to a connection with the pipe line of the Land end Water Company in the City of La® Vegas, Clark County, SevadaJ Land and Water Company to pay to the Railroad company as rental 1975.00 per month for period April 1st to December 31st, 1939, and thereafter such monthly rental a® shall be determined, upon according to relative use* said agree­ment becoming effective April 1st, 1929, and continuing until terminated upon not less than twelve months' notice given by either party to the other, tee, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded end carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED* That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated September 23rd, 1939, between this Company end Harry L. Bayliee, covering sale to the letter of 35,400 square feet in Union Pacific Industrial Tract Wo. 1, Los Angeles, California (Lots 9 and 10), consideration $14,190.00 (calculated ct forty (40) cents per square foot), under the terms of which 10$, or 11,460*00, shall be paid upon date of delivery of executed agreement, and balance, 112,744.00, to be paid in ten equal annual installments, the first of which shall be paid on or before one year after date of delivery of agreement, duly executed, and subsecuent installment® to be paid
