On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote# HI SOL VXD i that the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement dated December 2nd, 1929, between Lae Vegas Land and Water Company and the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, providing for the reconveyance to this company by the 01 ty of Lae Vegas of the following described parcel of land included in 31.51 acres situate in the Oity of Lae Vegas, which latter piece of property was deeded to the Oity by this company for public park purposes under date of May 31st, 1929: Commencing at a point, which is 580 feet H. 61 degrees 47 minutes f. from a point which is 80 feet 8. 28 degrees 13 minutes X. from the 1.1. comer of Block 33 in Clark's Las Vegas Towns! te at its intersection with Stewart and Fifth Streets, as shown on map of Clark's Las Vegas Town-site of record in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada, and running thence 8. 61 degrees 47 minutes I. 350 feet; thence N. 28 degrees 13 minutes S. 230 feet; thence 8. 61 degrees 47 minutes X. 350 feet; thence 8. 28 degrees 13 minutes i. 250 feet to the place of beginning and comprising a net area of 2 acres; such parcel being reoonveyed to this oomneny in order that it may be donated to the Government of The United States of America, or some department thereof, as a site for the erection and maintenance thereon of a Federal building or buildings, together with certain other con­ditions specified in the agreement, be, and the same Is hereby rati­fied, approved and confirmed. RESOLVED FURTHER: That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering deed dated 19, 1930 from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to The United states of America, conveying parcel of land hereinabove described and for the purpose mentioned, be, and 1&e same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
