9 - 0a motion duly made* seconded and carried* It was, by unanimous vote* UMmWMM* That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement dated Hovembex let* 1919* between the Lae Vegas hand & Water Company and Southern California Edison Company* granting to the latter the right to construct* maintain and operate poles* anchors and conductors for the transmission of electricity for power purposes over and across certain property of this company in Lea Angeles County* known as Tract 7777* as per map recorded in Book H i * pages 13 and 14 of Maps* records of Los Angeles County, State of California, more par-, tioularly described as followst Beginning at a point in the northeaster„l y .l ine of* P Telegraph Bead 6* southerly from its intersection with the northerly line ©f Caafield St; thenoe easterly along the northerly 6 ft* of said Caafield St* to a point ©• easterly from the intersection of said northerly line of Camfield St*, with the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of Gerhart Street; thence northerly at right angles to a point in the southerly line of the 100 ft. right of way of the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad, such conductors at no time to carry in exoesa of 10*000 volts, said power line and appurtenances to be constructed and maintained to satisfaction of the Land & Water Company, together with certain other conditions set forth in the agreement, be* and the same is hereby, ratified* approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED* That the action of the President said Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated March 4 th, 1930, between Lae Vegas Land and Water Company and Crane Company, covering sale to the latter of approximately ©.199 acres of real property situate in Union Pacific Industrial Tract So. 4, County of Los Angeles, State of California, particularly described a® fellows* That portion of Lot 1, Tract Ho. 7777, as shown on map recorded in Book 115, pages 13 and 14 of laps, records of said County as follows) Commencing at the most westly comer of said Lot 1; thence along the southwesterly line of said lot §. 18 S3* 35* I. 32.84 feet to the point of beginning of a curve concave northeasterly, tangent to said last mentioned course
